Welcome to Prime Network Realty (“Prime Network Realty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software, services, and website (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
| 1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Prime Network Realty. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent and authorized to enter into this agreement. |
| 2. To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. |
| 3. Use of Services |
| You agree to use Prime Network Realty solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: |
| Use the Services for spamming, harassment, fraud, or any form of unlawful solicitation. |
| Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Services. |
| Reverse-engineer, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Services without our prior written consent. |
| Upload, transmit, or share any content or data that you do not have the legal right to use. |
| 4. Subscriptions & Payments |
| Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. |
| 5. Cancellations & Termination |
| You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the Services. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease; however, certain obligations—such as outstanding payments and applicable legal provisions—will continue to remain in effect. |
| 6. Intellectual Property |
| All content, features, and functionality of Prime Network Realty—including software, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation—are owned by Prime Network Realty or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes. |
| 7. Data & Privacy |
| Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. |
| 8. Third-Party Services |
| Prime Network Realty may integrate with third-party tools and services (such as dialers, SMS providers, or payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party services, their content, or their terms and policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms. |
| 9. Disclaimers |
| Prime Network Realty provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that they will meet your expectations. |
| 10. Limitation of Liability |
| To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Network Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including, without limitation, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption—arising out of or related to your use of the Services. |
| 11. Indemnification |
| You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prime Network Realty, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms. |
| 12. Governing Law |
| These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. |
| 13. Changes to Terms |
| We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will include the applicable “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. |
